Exclusive Private Spa Access and Overnight Accomodations.
Many of you already know and love our private group spa bookings, and those are absolutely still available but guests can now book our house and/or bunkie on the property and enjoy a full spa getaway — not just a few hours.
Starting May 1, our cozy two bedroom cottage will be available for private stays for small groups (minimum two-night stay; select weekdays this summer available for one-night stays when booked directly with us).
No itinerary. No other guests. No pressure to participate.
• Private access to our Nordic spa amenities.
• Waterfront accommodations right at KŌV
• A peaceful adults-only setting to relax, reconnect, and slow down.
The house sleeps up to six guests (2 bedrooms with queen beds, plus loft with two twins), making it perfect for girls’ weekends, celebrations, or simply gathering with friends who appreciate a peaceful, grown-up getaway.
It’s also a beautiful retreat space for small groups- ideal for Yoga, Pilates, or wellness hosts looking to create an intimate getaway for their clients.
WEEKEND RATE: Current weekend rate is $900/night. When shared among six guests, it works out to about $150 per person, per night, which includes:
• Private access to our Nordic spa amenities
• Waterfront accommodations right at KŌV
• A peaceful adults-only setting to relax, reconnect, and slow down.
NEW WEEKDAY RATE: (Mon-Thurs, excluding holidays, is $830/one night when booking directly with us, or $635/night for minimum two night stays. Single night stays only available on select dates this summer.

If you’ve already experienced KŌV with a group, you’ll understand how lovely it is to have the entire place to yourselves. Staying overnight simply lets you stretch that experience out a little longer.
