Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected changes happen, and we are committed to working with you to find a solution. However, please note that we have a 14-day cancellation policy in place.

Cancellations Outside of 14 Days:
You can reschedule at no extra cost. If you prefer a refund, a $25 payment processing/cancellation fee will apply. Credit card fees incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable, so the refund will reflect the booking total minus those fees. -
Cancellations Within 14 Days:
If we can fill your original booking with another guest, we will gladly refund or rebook your session, minus the $25 payment processing/cancellation fee. However, if we are unable to rebook the time slot, we regret that we will not be able to offer a refund or reschedule.
Please know that each guest’s experience requires significant time and care to prepare. We are dedicated to making your visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Thank you for your understanding and support.
