We understand that sometimes things happen that force you to change your plans and we will try to work with you to find a solution. However, we do have a seven-day cancellation policy.
Cancel outside of those seven days and reschedule at no extra cost. If a refund is requested outside of the seven days, there will be a $25 payment processing/cancellation fee.
Cancel within the seven days and we will do our best to refund or rebook you if we have someone else to fill your original booking. In that case, you will only incur a $25 payment processing/cancellation fee. If there is not someone waiting to take that time slot, we apologize but we will be unable to issue a refund.
